Part of our Not Wasted Series, this Pastis was made with buckets of second use cacao husk from our friends at Hunted + Gathered.
The first whiff will take you to an old world lolly shop full of liquorice bullets and candied violets. Then the first sip will take you down a river of soft cacao and anise, and late afternoon wildflower. This significantly moreish drink is best served with a dash of water and ice.
