This tasting sees our three gins arrive concurrently; a perfect martini made using our fresh turmeric gin; the house dry Gin, served neat with soda on the side and a lemon leaf from our tree; a spiced gin served on the rocks - dry but slightly desserty.

Kick things off with a refreshing Gin & Tonic at the bar, then settle into the Private Dining Room to dive into the art of blending. Experiment with flavours like lime, blood orange, cumquat, and more as you craft your unique gin.
Enjoy a Molly Rose Véraison gin tasting paired with a delicious snack while blending and sipping your own and finish off the class with dinner from our modern Australian menu which draws on flavours and ingredients from South East Asia.
