Created using leftover banana bread ends from the CERES Merri Cafe with an oleo made with leftover banana peels, this liqueur is rich and warm, with notes of freshly baked banana bread, cinnamon spice, and perfectly caramelised baked crust. On the palate, sweet banana, golden syrup, and buttery cinnamon blend with a roasted nuttiness, creating a smooth and spiced sip.

Perfect for sipping neat over ice, or as a deliciously sticky addition to cocktails and desserts.
