Brewery Tastings

We offer expertly curated tastings where your group will be guided through either six of our Molly Rose beers or three of our gins, with some mostly factual commentary from our team.

These tastings can be held around the bar for a casual chat, in the beer garden for some sunshine and tunes, or in the Chef’s Table space for a bit of privacy and work talk.

If you’d like to spend a little more time and dive deeper into the brewing and distilling magic, you can add on a tour with our team.

For the full Molly Rose experience, consider adding paired snacks to expand your team’s understanding of flavours and how certain foods and drinks can be incredibly delicious together.

BREWING MASTERCLASS

Led by one of our brewers, this immersive brewing masterclass will have your team working together to create their very own beer.

Before your visit, your team will fill out a Brewstorm form to help shape what we’ll be brewing together. On the day, you’ll enjoy the private Chef’s Table, situated between the kitchen and pilot brewery- the perfect spot for sips and bites including an in-depth tasting which will feature your creation in progress.

Whether you simply want to snack or have the full feed me menu we can tailor this part to your group.

The Molly Rose Brewing masterclass is a fantastic way for your team to connect, learn, and have fun together. Plus, everyone in your group will receive a free pot of your beer to redeem when ready, or we can deliver your beer as part of our zero waste Friday $25 growler delivery service.

Led by our expert team, this hands-on masterclass lets your group craft their own unique citrus gin.

Upon arrival, enjoy a refreshing Gin & Tonic or soda around the bar before settling into the Private Dining Room to explore the art of blending, and experimenting with flavours like lime, blood orange, kumquat, and more.

As you're expertly guided through the Molly Rose Véraison gin tasting, your group can enjoy either a selection of snacks or a full Feed Me menu.

The Molly Rose Gin Masterclass is a fantastic way to bring diverse groups together, fostering creativity and collaboration as they craft their own custom blends using various tinctures.

Everyone will finish the experience by sipping their creation on ice, either straight or with tonic or soda.

If they love their blend, they can take home a bottle of their citrus gin for $75, or you can pre-purchase this for them as part of the experience.
