3.8% │ Bitter
Not as bitter as it's name would suggest, this guy leans on bready biscuity malts and fruity flavours from the yeast for it's character, at 3.8% it you can have a few pints to delve into it's subtle complexity and then a few more pints to admire the sheer smashability. Don't get us wrong East Kent Goldings hops add a lovely smattering of earthy and spiciness to compliment the dry finish but this beer is all about the harmonious balance of hops, malt and yeast in pint glass.
