In honour of great beers past, present and future here is one made with incognito Centennial and Chinook, then dry hopped with Cascade and Idaho 7. This beer is a throwback to the old school West Coast IPA that gained popularity while using hops native to the North West coast. Big, bold and resinous but with intricate layers of Citrus and floral aromatics.
