Join Molly Rose founder and brewer Nic Sandery for Beer by a Winemaker, celebrating six years of curiosity, collaboration and delicious experimentation.
For this special 2025 edition, Nic’s hosting you in his favourite spot in the whole venue, right at the Chef’s Table, tucked between the kitchen pass and the pilot brewery. With just 16 seats, it’s an intimate evening of flavour, storytelling and a few surprises.
🍇 Nic and a few winemaking mates are still finalising the menu, but expect something special. Think Little Berries Shiraz paired with a delicate rosé or light red, a guest beer alongside Riesling, the debut of Chardy Beer matched with Pinot or Gamay, and the new Moscato Giallo Farmhouse Ale to finish with a sweet Riesling or dessert wine. Each pairing celebrates the blurred and beautiful space where brewing and winemaking collide.
Expect a welcome spritz, four beers and four wines, and a beautifully designed menu from Chef Jordan that’s every bit as creative as what’s in your glass.
The afternoon will flow with:
