Unlike anything else in the Australian brewery scene, you’ll be immersed in an evening of exploration, innovation, and genuine warmth and humbleness as our team shares their knowledge and stories to elevate drink and food pairings, to take you on a modern Australian culinary journey that never stops exploring.

Only running on the third Friday of every month, with two sittings across the night, you can either immerse yourself in the creation process at the kitchen pass or sit back and enjoy the experience at one of the booth tables.

The Molly Rose Chef's Table Menu is created from the best local and seasonal produce. Each month, a one-off dish will highlight a specific element that the brewery team will design and create a drink to pair with. 

Dietary requirements can be accommodated for when mentioned when booking.
