From a Beer Float that’s sure to float your boat—featuring Kariton's classic Ube Halaya (purple yam gelato with purple yam fudge, blackberry jam, and caramelised coconut curds) scooped into Molly Rose’s latest mixed berry sour or, if you fancy, into their stout—to a liqueur crafted just for this event using mango skins and seeds, coconut, pandan, and toasted leftover white bread, paired with Buko Pandan (coconut and pandan ‘gelato’ with shredded young coconut, pandan jelly, and toasted rice flakes).
The Molly Rose Bar & Kitchen will also be serving its full menu throughout the afternoon. Walk-ins always welcome.
