NOSE TO FIN FISH DINNER
Lorcan Kan is back at Molly Rose, after his last pop-up sold out in September he is returning to cook up his fantastic fishy affair for everyone that missed out (and for those of you that said you want to eat it all again, and again, and again).
From the kitchens of the most acclaimed restaurants globally including Attica (Aus), Nahm (Thailand) and Where The Light Gets In (UK), we are delighted to host Lorcan Kan anytime he likes.
Stepping out from his Things Palace menu, Lorcan is breaking down an entire fish to bring you a nose to fin dinner for $40. Lorcan will showcase his preparation skills with a delicate raw dish, a beer battered fish finger sandwich in fluffy white bread, and to use every part of the fish he will finish the dinner off with a smoked fish chowder.
Plus, you can start your night with a couple of freshly shucked oysters for $5 each.
And to end the evening, Lorcan will be serving a rye, ginger and molasses cookie with condensed cream and whiskey fudge, for an extra $8 (fish not included).
As proponents of beer and food matching the Molly Rose team has pulled together a guided beer pairing for $16, to highlight both the food and beer.
