NEIGHBOURWOOD BEERS
Sharing is caring when it comes to neighbours, from lawnmowers to cups of sugar and now to French oak staves!
We headed over to our neighbour's place, The Mill Brewery, and together brewed a traditional Helles Lager. The Mill first took this lager and aged it on French oak staves for 3 months, we then grab a portion of this now Oak Aged Helles and re-fermented it on raspberries in a barrel that had been freshly emptied of a mixed fermentation saison.
One Helles Lager, two Neighbourwood Beers!
And now in true neighbourhood style, we are throwing a Neighbourwood party and everyone is invited to the hood, Collingwood.
