We're about to let you in on what will undoubtedly be the worst kept secret in Melbourne... Rocco's Bologna Discoteca X MRB.
Yep, you read that correctly- we're launching a guest toastie rotation and kicking it off with our favourite ragazzi Italiani who have offered us their iconic Rocco’s Fried Bologna Sandwich with mozzarella, olives & pickles (made with Rocco's own pickle recipe on site at Molly Rose Brewing) on the menu from August 25 to September 21, paired perfectly with the shiny new IPA beer release- New Toys.
Some might call it a well-considered, layered and complex IPA. Others have called it Hop Soup. We call this beer New Toys as it is a homage to our new brewing equipment - where we will be able to experiment with whatever styles of Hop Soup we want.
A pale golden IPA, New Toys pops with floral, citrus and tropical notes balanced with some malt sweetness and refreshing bitterness.
One month only, bookings recommended because we all know Rocco's means a rad crowd!
