This Gin was made in collaboration with Emily Tankly from Better Together Brewing on our new rotovap machine. Distilled especially for the Better Together Naarm launch at Molly Rose, Emily and Nic infused Ocean Girl with savory kombu, delivering a briny depth. We definitely recommend trying this one in a dirty martini!
